mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">从2017 "Times New Roman"">年11月2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">日到2018 "Times New Roman"">年11月2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">日，此一年为过渡运行期，在此过渡期间内，可继续使用 FCC VoC 和 DoC mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">认证程序或使用新的FCC SDoC mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">认证程序均可。一年过渡期后，FCC SDoC mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">认证程序将正式替代原有的FCC VoC mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">和DoC "Times New Roman"">认证方式。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">总体来说，FCC SDoC "Times New Roman"">认证程序比原有程序更加简化而清晰，FCC SDoC "Times New Roman"">认证程序允许使用电子标签并同时减少了繁琐的进口声明要求。
