进口氨用截止阀主要特点DESIGN FEATURES

1、上密封装置中采用多级聚四氟乙烯密封材料，形成组合密封，确保阀门在使用期限内填料函无介质泄露，消除了普通阀门填料函密封薄弱、介质易外漏，甚至造成事故的可能。

2、密封面利用阀瓣中间加工一道凹槽添加主要聚四氟乙烯O型圈，构成双重密封，阀座304不锈钢堆焊而成，用在液氨、氨气站球罐管路作为对流量的调节。填料采用聚四乙烯，密封可靠、无外漏。

3、倒密封/自密封结构：阀杆上部密封加载弹簧，在上填料PTFE常久使用磨损借住弹簧力保持上填料不泄漏，内部阀杆倒密封设计构成双道密封：密封面上部添加一道∧型阀圈，阀体下部压制∧型PTFE密封圈，阀杆上升二道∧型结构紧扣，成功有效防止阀杆不外漏。

4、波纹管密封结构：阀杆中部采用不锈钢316L双重坚固耐用的波纹管密封设计（波纹管+填料），保证阀杆的零泄漏。没有流体损失，提高工厂设备安全。并符合国际密封标准。氨用截止阀在GB/T12235标准基础上制定企业标准。企标在材质选用、结构设计上完全根据氨气、燃气介质腐蚀特性和工况要求进行，各项技术参数指标优于明杆截止阀。

聚四氟乙烯 PTFE

耐温（-196~120℃），耐腐∶耐强酸强碱、水和各种有机溶剂。无毒害/不粘附/高润滑/耐气候机械性质较软，有“塑料王”之称 Characteristics of sealing materials: temperature resistance (- 196~120 ℃), corrosion resistance: resistance to strong acids and alkalis, water and various organic solvents. 巴氏合金 Babbitt

特点∶因其呈白色，又称白合金，低硬度轴转动的材料。熔点∶固相点温度为240℃，液相点温度为370℃，极限使用温度不得超过100℃，摩擦系数在有油时为0.005，无油时为0.28 Features: because it is white, also known as white alloy, it is a material with low hardness shaft rotation.
