除了上述所叙引起柴油机启动困难的主要原因外,还有一些其它原因也可引起柴油机启动困难。CER CER

具体分析如下: (1) 空气滤清器堵塞。空滤器堵塞后,进气量减少,使机车很难启动。此时应清除空滤器罩壳内的尘土,并清理滤芯。(2) 排气管及消声器堵塞,可用火烧消声器,轻轻敲击之,清除其内部积碳。 (3) 单缸柴油机涡流室镶块因松动而转向,应及时取下镶块,将缸盖镶块孔和镶块外圆适当拉毛,使镶块副喷孔偏向进气门 2° ~4°。若经过拉毛后镶块与缸盖的配合仍较松,则应更换镶块。(4) 压缩比过小。如曲轴颈与主轴瓦,连杆轴颈与连杆瓦,连杆衬套与活塞销配合间隙超限; 气门下沉量过深; 汽缸垫过厚或连杆弯曲变形等,都会使压缩比变小,应找出原因排除之。
排气管冒烟是什么原因

冒白烟
主要 是燃油没有充分燃烧就从排气管排出,形成了白色的烟,这个现象在冬季比较常见,因为温度低造成燃油雾化,温度上升后就会消失。

冒蓝烟
冒 蓝烟说明汽车烧机油了。一种原因可能是因为机油加多了,进入了气缸内。另一个原因可能是因为气缸壁和活塞之间间隙过大,机油进入了气缸,导致烧机油。
